Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Room service/cleaning during your stay is not permitted by Greek law as our property is an airbnb type rental.
For your comfort and peace of mind, please note that we are not permitted to enter the property while it is occupied, unless you are present. This is to ensure your privacy and to avoid any misunderstandings regarding your personal belongings.

Cleaning services during your stay are available upon request at extra cost by an associate service. The rentals are airbnb type so no breakfast is offered.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.

Additional rules

Guests are advised to turn off the A/C when they are not in the Studio.
Tax authorities in Greece require from hosts our guests id number or passport number and home address
therefore you are kindly requested to provide this information upon arrival!

The studios are on the first elevated floor 33 steps to climb.

Greek government requires Climate resilience fee 8 euro per night payable in cash at check in .
